Urgent requirement: we are hiring a CO2 welder in Rockcastle County, Kentucky. You will be based in a heavy engineering unit. What we are looking for: • Steady hand and good eyesight for tight tolerances • Willing to work shifts and overtime • Able to grind, fit-up and tack independently The role involves clear spatter and slag, then wire-brush the finished bead; strike and hold a stable short-circuit or spray-transfer arc; load ER70S-6 wire spools and check the drive rolls; read fabrication drawings and weld symbols.
