Retail butcher wanted in Meade County

Join our team: we are hiring a retail butcher in Meade County, South Dakota. You will work in a hotel or restaurant butchery. You will keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled; weigh, price and label cuts for the display case; keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools; debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife. What we are looking for: • Physically fit to lift carcasses and stand all day • Knowledge of halal slaughter and handling where required Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
