Bread and bun maker — Kitsap County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a bread and bun maker in Kitsap County, Washington. Your main tasks: • Keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards • Check finished products for colour, crumb and weight • Proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them • Decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream • Grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds • Weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe Ideal candidate: • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough. $4,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
