You will portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights; weigh, price and label cuts for the display case; season and marinate meat on request; keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled; run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone. What we are looking for: • Clean, presentable and friendly at the counter • Confident knife skills and safe blade handling • Able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough.
