Powder coater — Miami County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a powder coater in Miami County, Kansas. You will work on an industrial coating line. You will check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns; set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow; cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time; record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness. What we are looking for: • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes • Comfortable working in a masked, ventilated booth • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process 3+ years on the tools preferred. $31 per hour, negotiable for the right hands.
