Great opportunity: moulder (Alabama)

Join our team: we are hiring a moulder in Conecuh County, Alabama. On a typical shift you will cut off risers, runners and gates with a grinder or torch; make and bake sand cores for the internal cavities; mix and recondition moulding sand to the right moisture; check melt temperature with a pyrometer before pouring; apply mould coatings and dress the mould cavity. What we are looking for: • Willing to work in hot, dusty conditions and rotating shifts • Experience working in a ferrous or non-ferrous foundry • Basic grinding and fettling skills Full-time with occasional weekends.
