Urgent requirement: we are hiring a pot washer in Catawba County, North Carolina. The job is at a busy restaurant kitchen. Ideal candidate: • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred • Keen eye for cleanliness and kitchen hygiene standards • Punctual, reliable and hard-working The role involves: • Clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift • Keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service • Load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles • Polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass • Scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies Six days a week, one day off.
