Cook wanted in Boone County

Join our team: we are hiring a cook in Boone County, Illinois. You will work at a roadside dhaba. You will cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations; plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service; check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO; chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat. Requirements: • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat Meals and transport allowance provided.
