Join our team: we are hiring a steward in Curry County, New Mexico. You will work at a cloud kitchen. The role involves: • Clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls • Mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks • Sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature • Keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service • Empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard • Clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift Ideal candidate: • Keen eye for cleanliness and kitchen hygiene standards • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred Six days a week, one day off. $28 per hour, negotiable for the right hands.
