Great opportunity: we are hiring a tile setter in Runnels County, Texas. You will be based on a new-build housing development. On the job you will handle: • Screed and prepare uneven floors before tiling • Fit tile spacers to keep the grout joints even • Cut ceramic and porcelain tiles on a manual tile cutter • Make curved cuts and holes with an angle grinder and tile drill bits • Set out mosaic sheets and trim them to fit the edges • Check the falls to floor wastes so the water drains away You should have: • A good eye for level, plumb and even grout lines • Able to work to deadlines on busy sites At least 4 year(s) in a similar role.
