Great opportunity: scaffolding supervisor (South Carolina)

Immediate opening: we are hiring a scaffolding supervisor in Darlington County, South Carolina. The job is at a shipyard. On a typical shift you will install ladder access and ladder gates between the lifts; dismantle the scaffold in reverse sequence and lower materials safely; fix transoms and bracing to keep the structure square and rigid; fit guardrails, mid-rails and toe boards to every working platform; lay scaffold boards and secure them with board retaining clips; handle, sort and stack tubes and fittings for loading out. You should have: • Reliable, punctual and able to work in a gang • Working-at-height / PASMA training an advantage Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough. Rotating shifts.
