Requirements: • Comfortable working in cold rooms and chillers • Quick and accurate on the weighing scales and order maths Your main tasks: • Weigh, price and label cuts for the display case • Sharpen and hone knives on a steel and whetstone • Mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder • Portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights • Run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone 1+ years on the tools preferred.
