Blocklayer — Carroll County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a blocklayer in Carroll County, Missouri. You will be based on a scaffolded high-rise site. Your main tasks: • Building the corners (leads) first and racking back the courses • Brushing the wall down and removing mortar snots as you go • Installing damp-proof courses, lintels and cavity trays • Erecting and working off trestles and scaffold lifts • Laying bricks to the line, level and plumb Ideal candidate: • Comfortable working at height on scaffolding • Proven experience laying facing and engineering bricks • Able to read construction drawings and setting-out marks Rotating shifts. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. $4,800 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Walk-in interviews this week.
