Kitchen porter — Tripp County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a kitchen porter in Tripp County, South Dakota. The job is at a fast-food outlet. What we are looking for: • Able to stand on your feet for long shifts • Willing to work evenings, weekends and split shifts • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred On a typical shift you will scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies; clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls; empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard; wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils; load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles; restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar. $5,300 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
