Great opportunity: shakeout operator (Oklahoma)

We are recruiting: we are hiring a shakeout operator in Pontotoc County, Oklahoma. You will be based in a non-ferrous casting shop. You should have: • Comfortable working close to furnaces and molten metal • Experience working in a ferrous or non-ferrous foundry Your main tasks: • Mix and recondition moulding sand to the right moisture • Melt scrap metal and ingots in induction or cupola furnaces • Assemble cope and drag mould halves and clamp them together • Apply mould coatings and dress the mould cavity 2+ years on the tools preferred.
