Paint booth operator — McHenry County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a paint booth operator in McHenry County, North Dakota. You will be based in a busy paint shop. Requirements: • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process The role involves: • Stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat • Sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper • Mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape • Reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse • Inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches • Keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well Part-time with flexible hours.
