Vacancy available: site carpenter (Virginia)

Immediate opening: we are hiring a site carpenter in City of Colonial Heights, Virginia. The job is on a busy construction site. On the job you will handle: • Lay laminate, engineered and solid wood flooring • Glue, clamp, screw and dowel joints together • Measure and mark out timber using a tape, square and marking gauge • Apply edge banding, veneers and laminate to board • Check work for level, plumb and square with a spirit level • Assemble bespoke and flat-pack kitchen units and fit worktops What we are looking for: • CSCS card for site-based work an advantage • Physically fit to lift, kneel and work at height $4,900 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
