The role involves: • Pour and spread concrete, then compact it with a poker vibrator • Carry bricks, cement bags and sand up to the masons on site • Bend and tie rebar with binding wire for slabs and columns • Dig foundation trenches and pits with pick and shovel • Cure freshly laid concrete by sprinkling water for several days • Clear debris and sweep the slab before the next pour Ideal candidate: • Know how to mix concrete and mortar to the right ratio • Wear safety helmet, boots and gloves at all times • Basic knowledge of hand tools like shovel, trowel and breaker 1+ years on the tools preferred. ₦265,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
