Immediate opening: we are hiring an electrostatic spray painter in Tazewell County, Illinois. What we are looking for: • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes • 1-2 years experience in powder coating or spray painting • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process On the job you will handle: • Reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse • Hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage • Top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations • Pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks • Record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness • Mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape $4,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
