Formwork erector — Santa Cruz County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a formwork erector in Santa Cruz County, California. You will work on a metro and tunnel project. You should have: • Hands-on with timber, plywood and system formwork • Able to keep pace with tight pour schedules • 2+ years on RCC and formwork on building or infrastructure sites On the job you will handle: • Set up adjustable steel props and falsework to support the slab decking • Fix soldiers, walers and tie rods to resist the concrete pressure • Repair damaged plywood and timber shutters • Strike and strip the formwork once the concrete has cured • Erect wall and column formwork to line, level and plumb Full-time, day shift.
