Now hiring: we are hiring a power float operator in Androscoggin County, Maine. You will be based at a ready-mix concrete plant. You should have: • Comfortable working at heights and on scaffolds • ITI in masonry or civil work an added advantage • Physically fit for heavy lifting and long hours on your feet The role involves give broom or steel-trowel finishes as specified; fix and tie reinforcement bars and mesh as per the bar bending schedule; erect and align timber and steel shuttering before each pour; strip and clean formwork once the concrete has gained strength; discharge and place concrete from transit mixers and pumps into the forms. Pay around $250 per day, based on your experience. Part-time with flexible hours. Contact us to fix an interview.
