Now hiring: we are hiring a powder coating sprayer in Lafayette County, Arkansas. You will be based on an industrial coating line. What we are looking for: • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg • Willing to work shifts and overtime • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects Your main tasks: • Sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper • Set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow • Pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks • Keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well • Reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse • Stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough.
