Great opportunity: we are hiring a commis chef in Morris County, Kansas. The job is in a hotel kitchen. On a typical shift you will check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down; prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch; follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces; keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift.
