Fine-dining server — Shanga

Vacancy available: we are hiring a fine-dining server in Shanga, Kebbi State. Day to day you will polish glasses, cutlery and crockery during mise en place; explain the day's specials and recommend dishes; raise the bill on the POS and settle cash and card payments; upsell starters, desserts and beverages; lay table covers with cutlery, napkins, glassware and crockery; handle guest complaints and escalate to the captain or manager.
