Join our team: we are hiring an in-process quality controller in Gray County, Kansas. You should have: • Confident using vernier callipers, micrometers and gauges • Able to stand for full shifts on the production floor • Understanding of AQL sampling and tolerance limits You will raise non-conformance reports and tag rejected batches; check visually for scratches, dents, burrs and colour variation; measure finished parts with vernier callipers, micrometers and go/no-go gauges; inspect welds, paint finish and surface defects under inspection lighting; draw samples from batches according to AQL sampling plans; verify dimensions against the tolerance limits on the technical drawing.
