D6/D8 dozer operator wanted in Eau Claire County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a D6/D8 dozer operator in Eau Claire County, Wisconsin. You will be based on a road construction project. Ideal candidate: • Familiar with GPS and laser machine-control systems • Good understanding of cut-and-fill and batter slopes • Comfortable working long shifts in dust, heat and uneven terrain Day to day you will form embankments and batter slopes to the required angle; rip hard ground and rock using the rear ripper shank; operate crawler dozers to push and spread fill across the site; follow GPS and laser grade control to hit design levels; work to the dig plan and the banksman's signals; maintain haul roads and keep drainage falls clear.
