Ideal candidate: • Careful handling of tools and components • Good hand-eye coordination and steady fingers for small parts You will follow the work instruction sheet for each station; solder small connectors and check the joints under a magnifier; pack finished units with foam inserts and seal the cartons; tighten fasteners to the specified torque using a power screwdriver or torque wrench; wear an ESD wrist strap when handling circuit boards.
