Maintenance painter — McPherson County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a maintenance painter in McPherson County, Nebraska. The job is in a paint and spray workshop. On the job you will handle: • Strip old paint and wallpaper with scrapers and heat guns • Apply primer, undercoat and two topcoats with brush and roller • Apply textured and weatherproof masonry coatings to exterior walls • Work safely from ladders, scaffolding and mobile towers • Hang lining paper and wallpaper, matching patterns at the seams • Lay down dust sheets and protect floors and furniture What we are looking for: • Comfortable working at height on ladders and scaffolding • 2+ years experience as a painter and decorator • A good eye for clean lines and an even finish At least 5 year(s) in a similar role.
