Now hiring: we are hiring a kitchenhand in Logan County, West Virginia. You will be based in a hospital canteen. On the job you will handle: • Help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room • Scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading • Polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass • Scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies • Clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls • Hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method You should have: • Comfortable lifting heavy pots, pans and stock crates • Punctual, reliable and hard-working • Willing to work evenings, weekends and split shifts Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough.
