Cabinet maker — Norfolk County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a cabinet maker in Norfolk County, Massachusetts. You will be based in a cabinet-making workshop. Day to day you will plane and sand timber to a smooth, square finish; cut mortise-and-tenon and dovetail joints with chisels and a mallet; glue, clamp, screw and dowel joints together; install skirting boards, architraves and dado rails; read and work from architectural drawings and cutting lists. Ideal candidate: • Physically fit to lift, kneel and work at height • Accurate to fine tolerances on finish work • Good eye for detail and a clean finish 4+ years on the tools preferred.
