Rebar worker — Washington County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a rebar worker in Washington County, Rhode Island. The job is on a commercial tower construction site. The role involves place main bars and distribution bars to the marked spacing; fix cover blocks and spacers to maintain concrete cover; keep the rebar stacked, tagged and free of mud and loose rust; lift and land prefabricated cages with the crane and banksman. Requirements: • Able to read reinforcement drawings and bar bending schedules • Proven experience as a steel fixer on building or civil sites • Sound knowledge of lap lengths, cover and bar spacing 3+ years on the tools preferred. Full-time, day shift. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Walk-in interviews this week.
