Immediate opening: machine operator (Louisiana)

We are recruiting: we are hiring a machine operator in Saint James Parish, Louisiana. You will be based on the shop floor of a garment factory. Day-to-day duties: • Report machine faults and stoppages to the line supervisor • Load and unload materials onto the conveyor belt • Change over tooling and settings between product runs • Assemble components according to the work order • Weigh, measure and label raw materials before each batch • Apply batch codes and date stamps to the packaging You should have: • Experience on a manufacturing or assembly line • Aware of basic safety rules and PPE use • Willing to work rotating day and night shifts On-the-job training and a clear path to grow.
