Blocklayer wanted in White County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a blocklayer in White County, Indiana. The job is on a commercial construction site. The role involves building the corners (leads) first and racking back the courses; forming arches, piers and reveals around openings; checking every course for height and level with a gauge rod; brushing the wall down and removing mortar snots as you go. Ideal candidate: • Physically fit for lifting bricks and blocks all day • Sound knowledge of mortar mixes and bonds (stretcher, English, Flemish) • NVQ Level 2 in Bricklaying an advantage A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew.
