Baker — Suru

Great opportunity: we are hiring a baker in Suru, Kebbi State. You will work at a neighbourhood confectionery. You should have: • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens Day-to-day duties: • Roll out short-crust and biscuit dough • Monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch • Keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards • Proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them • Boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing • Grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds We offer ₦110,000 per month plus benefits.
