GMAW welder — Crisp County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a GMAW welder in Crisp County, Georgia. Ideal candidate: • Able to read weld symbols and fabrication drawings • Able to pass a 3G/4G plate test On the job you will handle: • Set the wire feed speed and voltage to suit the plate thickness • Check welds for porosity, undercut and lack of penetration • Change worn contact tips and gas nozzles on the torch • Strike and hold a stable short-circuit or spray-transfer arc • Tack components to the jig and check the fit-up against the drawing Six days a week, one day off.
