Coating plant operator — Oriade

Vacancy available: we are hiring a coating plant operator in Oriade, Osun State. You will work in a metal finishing workshop. You should have: • Aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg • 1-2 years experience in powder coating or spray painting On a typical shift you will set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow; reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse; degrease and clean metal parts before coating; sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper; check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns; run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches. Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
