Immediate opening: short order cook (Kansas)

Join our team: we are hiring a short order cook in Dickinson County, Kansas. You will work at a cloud kitchen. Day-to-day duties: • Knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha • Follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces • Keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift • Check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down • Chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat • Marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases Ideal candidate: • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays $5,500 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
