Production assembler • Spotsylvania County, Virginia

Vacancy available: we are hiring a production assembler in Spotsylvania County, Virginia. The role involves fit and bolt components onto the chassis as it moves along the conveyor; pack finished units with foam inserts and seal the cartons; clean down the workstation and keep it to 5S standard; log defects and place rejected units in the rework bay; tighten fasteners to the specified torque using a power screwdriver or torque wrench; report jams or tool faults to the line leader straight away. Requirements: • Able to stand for the full shift and do repetitive hand work • Minimum 10th pass or ITI is an advantage • Basic understanding of quality checks and 5S $4,700 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
