Vacancy available: we are hiring a bulldozer operator in Muskingum County, Ohio. The job is at a landfill site. Day-to-day duties: • Level and grade the road sub-base to the surveyor's pegs and string lines • Excavate trenches and foundations to the marked depths and grade levels • Operate the boom, stick and bucket to dig, lift and place material • Check for underground cables and services before digging • Top up diesel, inspect hydraulic hoses for leaks and report defects Ideal candidate: • Knowledge of pre-start inspections and basic machine maintenance • Comfortable working long shifts in dust, heat and noise • Willing to work at remote sites and mines on a roster We offer $4,500 per month plus benefits.
