Baker — Hamlin County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a baker in Hamlin County, South Dakota. You will be based in a bread factory. Ideal candidate: • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens • Accurate at weighing and following recipes Your main tasks: • Rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials • Pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls • Monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch • Weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe 1+ years on the tools preferred.
