Immediate opening: we are hiring a production assembler in Washington County, Indiana. You will work at an automotive parts factory. Ideal candidate: • Minimum 10th pass or ITI is an advantage • Can read work instructions and basic measurements Your main tasks: • Wear an ESD wrist strap when handling circuit boards • Snap-fit plastic housings and clip in the wiring harnesses • Tighten fasteners to the specified torque using a power screwdriver or torque wrench • Carry out a visual quality check for scratches, gaps and missing parts • Clean down the workstation and keep it to 5S standard • Keep pace with the takt time and pass the unit to the next station Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Part-time with flexible hours. Walk-in interviews this week.
