What we are looking for: • 2+ years on MIG/MAG (GMAW) welding • Aware of PPE, fume extraction and hot-work safety The role involves: • Set the shielding-gas flow on the CO2/argon-mix regulator • Read fabrication drawings and weld symbols • Control distortion with a balanced welding sequence • Check welds for porosity, undercut and lack of penetration • Bevel and grind the joint edges clean before welding Full-time, day shift.
