We are recruiting: we are hiring a CO2 welder in Buncombe County, North Carolina. The role involves: • Control distortion with a balanced welding sequence • Strike and hold a stable short-circuit or spray-transfer arc • Tack components to the jig and check the fit-up against the drawing • Read fabrication drawings and weld symbols • Set the wire feed speed and voltage to suit the plate thickness You should have: • Aware of PPE, fume extraction and hot-work safety • Willing to work shifts and overtime $4,400 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
