Urgent requirement: insulation worker (Maryland)

Join our team: we are hiring an insulation worker in Frederick County, Maryland. On the job you will handle: • Prep, clean and prime substrates before membrane application • Install vapour barriers and seal all joints and overlaps with tape • Spray polyurethane foam onto walls and roof decks to the specified thickness • Wrap HVAC ducts with foil-faced insulation and fasten with banding • Apply liquid waterproofing to bathrooms and terraces before tiling • Fix XPS and EPS boards to external walls with adhesive and mechanical anchors Ideal candidate: • Proven experience in thermal insulation and waterproofing • Physically fit, able to lift and carry boards and rolls Full-time with occasional weekends.
