Your main tasks: • Set tool offsets and establish work zero (G54) • Watch the machine through the cycle and clear alarms or crashes • Write and edit G-code programs at the control • Run first-off inspection and sign off the part What we are looking for: • Experience with carbide tooling and insert selection • Confident with micrometers, vernier calipers and bore gauges 6+ years on the tools preferred.
