We are recruiting: we are hiring a counter butcher in Gudu, Sokoto State. On the job you will handle: • Keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled • Run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone • Keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools • Take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking Requirements: • Quick and accurate on the weighing scales and order maths • Clean, presentable and friendly at the counter ₦1,650 per hour, negotiable for the right hands.
