Immediate opening: we are hiring a stitching operator in Nicholas County, Kentucky. The job is at a knitwear stitching unit. Requirements: • Quality-conscious with an eye for puckers, skipped stitches and uneven seams • Understands fabric types and how to handle knits versus wovens On the job you will handle: • Press open seams or use a folder/binder attachment for bound edges • Match notches and ply, lining up checks and stripes before stitching • Keep an even stitch density (SPI) and a straight, consistent seam line • Trim loose threads, clip curves and notch corners as you go • Inspect each piece for skipped stitches, broken thread and needle holes At least 1 year(s) in a similar role. Pay around $3,300 per month, based on your experience. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
