Surface coating operator wanted in Wallace County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a surface coating operator in Wallace County, Kansas. You will work at a fabrication and coating plant. Your main tasks: • Top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations • Set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow • Check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns • Keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well • Apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun • Pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks What we are looking for: • Able to operate electrostatic spray guns and curing ovens • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects At least 2 year(s) in a similar role.
