Dishwashing attendant — Brown County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a dishwashing attendant in Brown County, Ohio. The job is in a hotel kitchen. You should have: • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) • Able to stand on your feet for long shifts • Keen eye for cleanliness and kitchen hygiene standards On a typical shift you will help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room; clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls; hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method; clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift; mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks. Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough. Part-time with flexible hours. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Pay around $2,700 per month, based on your experience.
