Oven operator — Miner County

We are recruiting: we are hiring an oven operator in Miner County, South Dakota. You will work at a cake shop. Day-to-day duties: • Rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials • Knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer • Keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards • Laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter • Monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch You should have: • Basic cake decorating and piping skills • Food handler / hygiene certificate Rotating shifts.
